Come and see Come and see
The Lamb's wrath Heaven flew Freeman's end
A gate long sealed Turns on again
A trumpet sounds from deep within
A massive shape Comes barreling through
The craft descends Into the atmosphere Not falling
Just hanging there Like nothing
That large should ever do
Behold
A pale ship And it's Pilot Death Death
And Hell
Flew with Him
And the Western Spiral Was given
To them
Sun turns black Blood red moon Stars descend
Oh Death; there's your sting Atomic victory
A grave of concrete Inheritance of the meek
No sin without law
Mors vincit omnia
Woe to the conquered ones Fiery is the last breath drawn

Gaerea's first release of "Unsettling Whispers" was in 2018, and since, they dared define a "black metal" niche of their own, they dared to walk a new path and stir shit up a bit in the realm of BM, this album is a masterpiece and a milestone proving that it can be done, provided the band can pull it off, and they did, oh they did! Gloomy, dark, post-BM sludgy whatever, it's Gaerea, and this one belongs in my BC collection, the end. sachavonkarl74

Extremely inventive and multifaceted sci-fi prog death, just like iridescent ethereal world on the cover art. Best band's achievement up to date. And easily in 2023 AOTY list Dmitry Nevozhay
Seattle’s Laden captures the storm and stress of the greatest, grimmest post-metal, crafting songs from 20-megaton riffs. Bandcamp New & Notable Jan 29, 2022
